Garlic Shrimp ReeSipe

Soak shrimp in water (if defrosted ya, no need).
On lo, butter in (~3/8 of a cube)
Then diced onions (medium heat only)
Then diced garlic
Then shrimp ('til light pink all around)
Add red cayenne pepper (cover shrimp well) (heat off)
Add yin-si (cilantro)
